Our Complaints Procedure
We always put you first and do our utmost to ensure you are happy with your treatment here at Illume. However, in the unlikely event that you need to make a complaint, please speak to one of our client co-ordinators or your dental clinician as soon as possible so that we can quickly resolve the issue.

If your issue remains unresolved, please speak to our Practice Manager, Alice on 01242 522230, who will look into the matter and get back to you within three working days.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, please contact the Dental Complaints Service on 08456 120 540 (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm).
