Dental implants are a long-term solution to replace multiple missing teeth.  Whether you have a few single gaps in your mouth or if you have a larger gap where several teeth once were, we can use one, or two or more implant supported restorations to conceal the gaps. In cases where several teeth are missing in a row, we can use implants to support a bridge carefully designed to match the colour and shape of your natural teeth.

REPLACING ALL YOUR TEETH

At Illume Dentistry we can give you back your smile. Our holistic approach allows us to find and provide solutions for patients with missing or no teeth.  When you have lost all your teeth in either the upper or lower jaw the options to replace them are generally limited to a traditional removable denture or implant-supported solutions either dentures or bridgework, which can be fixed or removable.

For patients looking to rid themselves of ill-fitting or uncomfortable traditional dentures then we offer the All-on-Four® technique, this approach provides a ‘fixed’ solution, using only four implants in each jaw and replacing your teeth with bridgework.

DENTURE STABILISATION

Denture stabilisation is the insertion of multiple implants into the jaw, to attach full or partial dentures. These are slightly smaller than regular dental implants and help to keep dentures secure in your mouth with no movement.

Dr. Guy Bailey is an implant dentist with extensive experience in restoring smiles through advanced dental implant procedures. With a passion for delivering personalised care, he uses reliable ITI-approved techniques to ensure the best outcomes for his patients. Guy has undergone rigorous training and continually refines his expertise, staying at the forefront of dental innovations. Known for his compassionate approach and attention to detail, he strives to make every patient feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment. Guy is committed to providing high-quality, long-lasting dental solutions that enhance both function and appearance.

Guy is dual qualified in medicine (University College London) and dentistry (Kings College London) and is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. He has published research in osseointegration and has a postgraduate diploma in Implantology (University of Bristol).

James graduated from Kings College, London in 2016 and has worked in private practice ever since. As well as undertaking the full spectrum of routine general dentistry, he’s been running Emergency Dental Service Clinics for the past four years. 

Having completed a two-year Postgraduate Diploma in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry he was awarded a Fellowship in the British Academy of Aesthetic Restorative and Implant Dentistry. James is currently studying for an MSc in Oral Surgery and plans to undertake further study in implant surgery to become a member of the Dental Faculty of the Royal College of Surgeons England.
